Our founding promise

CollectraTCG exists for one reason: to offer the most competitive prices on the market for Pokémon and One Piece trading card products. If you find the same product cheaper at another store, we'll match that price. Simple as that.

How it works

1. Find the same product listed cheaper at another retailer.
2. Send us the link (and a screenshot if you like) at info@collectratcg.com or via our contact form, before or within 48 hours of placing your order.
3. We verify it and match the price, either as an adjusted payment link, or as a partial refund if you already ordered.

Eligibility conditions

• The competitor listing must be for the identical product (same set, language, condition and format, e.g. factory-sealed booster box vs. booster box).
• The product must be in stock at the competitor at the moment of the request; pre-orders, auctions, marketplace listings from private individuals, flash/clearance errors and membership-only prices are excluded.
• The comparison price includes the competitor's shipping costs and taxes to your address.
• The competitor must be an established retailer shipping to your country.
• One price match per product per order. Price matching cannot be combined with other discounts.
