Your right to cancel (UK/EU consumers)

If you are a consumer, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and EU consumer law.

Important exception for sealed collectibles: the right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery where the seal is essential to the nature and value of the product. Booster boxes, packs, tins and collections whose factory seal or shrink-wrap has been opened cannot be returned.

How to return

E-mail us at tcgcollectra@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number.
We’ll confirm the return address and instructions.
Send the item back unopened, in its original condition and packaging, within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are paid by you unless the return is due to our error.
We refund the full purchase price (including standard outbound shipping) within 14 days of receiving the item back, to your original payment method.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 14 days with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or give a full refund, including return shipping. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Market price changes

Trading card products are collectibles whose market value can go up or down. Price changes after purchase are not grounds for a refund beyond your statutory rights described above.

Refund processing

Refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method. Banks typically take 5–10 business days to show the funds on your statement.
