Shipping costs

  • Free shipping on all orders of £100€100$100 or more.
  • Orders below that threshold ship for a flat £10€10$10.
  • The threshold and fee apply in the currency you check out with (GBP, EUR or USD).

Processing times

Orders are dispatched from the UK within 1–2 business days. During major set releases or holiday periods processing can take up to 3 business days: we’ll let you know if that’s the case.

Delivery estimates

  • United Kingdom: typically 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  • European Union: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • United States & Canada: typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Every order is shipped with tracking. You’ll receive your tracking number by e-mail as soon as your order is dispatched. Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.

Packaging

We’re collectors too. Sealed products travel in rigid boxes with protective padding; sealed cases are double-boxed.

Customs, duties and import taxes

We ship from the United Kingdom. Orders delivered outside the UK (including the EU, the US and Canada) may be subject to import VAT, duties and carrier handling fees charged by the destination country. These are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time after the estimated window, contact us within 14 days and we’ll investigate with the carrier and make it right: with a replacement or a refund where applicable.
