What data we collect and why

  • Order data (name, email, phone, shipping address, purchased items): collected at checkout to fulfil your order and meet our legal accounting obligations. Legal basis: performance of a contract; legal obligation.
  • Payment data: processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
  • Support messages: when you contact us we keep the correspondence to resolve your request. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
  • Newsletter email: only if you sign up; you can unsubscribe at any time. Legal basis: consent.
  • Advertising/analytics cookies: only set if you accept them in our cookie banner. Legal basis: consent (see Cookie Policy).

Who we share data with

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the store: Stripe (payments), our shipping carriers (delivery), our hosting provider, and, if you consent to advertising cookies, Google (advertising measurement). We never sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some providers (e.g. Stripe, Google, our hosting provider) may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where that happens, transfers are protected by adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep data

Order and invoice data is kept for as long as tax law requires (typically up to 10 years). Support correspondence is kept for up to 2 years. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
